The Pennsylvania Chapter Board of Directors made two changes to our assessment structure, which took effect on January 1, 2018.  Assessments for fly-ash suppliers has been reduced from $3.25/ton to $1.25/ton on material that is incorporated into concrete pavement work.  Also effective January 1, curb & gutter work that is integral to concrete pavement work will be assessed based on $3.00/$1000, and not on the cementitious tonnage assessment rate.  

There are no changes to annual dues for ACPA/PA members going into 2018.
