2018 Concrete Pavement Tour/Meeting

Our annual ACPA Penn Chapter/PennDOT/Turnpike Concrete Pavement Tour/Meeting took place August 15/16. Click  here for a recap of the tour/meeting and for a copy of the presentations made during the meeting.  We want to thank District 11, 12, and the Turnpike for working with the Chapter to make this a successful and safe event.  We also want to thank sponsors for helping to defray the cost of t-shirts for our hard working construction workers and for academia to participate on the tour and/or at the meeting.

Diamond Sponsorship

Diamond Level Sponsors are uniquely important to ACPA/PA because their support goes directly towards funding our workforce development efforts. In addition, your business will receive over $5,000 of benefits, including certain opportunities that are exclusive to Diamond Level Sponsors. For the first time ever, there is now a complete package that allows your business to benefit from a fully engaged relationship with ACPA/PA and all that we have to offer.

Diamond Sponsorship is exclusively for members of the Chapter. Click here for more information or call the Chapter at 717-441-3506.

Dues & Assessment Changes

The Pennsylvania Chapter Board of Directors made two changes to our assessment structure, which took effect on January 1, 2018.  Assessments for fly-ash suppliers has been reduced from $3.25/ton to $1.25/ton on material that is incorporated into concrete pavement work.  Also effective January 1, curb & gutter work that is integral to concrete pavement work will be assessed based on $3.00/$1000, and not on the cementitious tonnage assessment rate.

There are no changes to annual dues for ACPA/PA members going into 2018.
